I was excited when Dave from Buzz Landscaping contacted me for a general consultation on what he can do for me on my front yard. He suggest many ideas but autumnally it’s my decision. He is there to make your dream landscape come true. I was treated well with respect and professionalism. He mentions that it doesn’t matter if the project is multimillion dollar or just a local neighborhood resident just wanted to improve his front yard. Yes my landscape project is currently being developed and worked on. The progress is moving on very smoothly, and I could see now the vision he had in mind with my input of what I wanted in my front yard. We are about a week out before total completion. Once it’s completed, I am hoping I will have the landscape that I always want it. Low maintenance artificial turf and a small rock garden. Can’t wait. Stay tuned for the finale. David responded to my inquiry immediately & came over to evaluate the job an hour later. He explained the most practical & $$ efficient solution, sent me an estimate within the hour & scheduled the controller install for a few days later. He is very professional, knowledgeable & personable. I will definitely use him again for any future projects & I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone’s landscaping/irrigation projects.

Hired Buzz Landscaping for artificial turf installation and redwood garden bed. They did a fantastic job and Dave and his crew were awesome to work with. From the initial conversation to measurement, bid and scheduling. They went above and beyond and delivered on the design idea for our backyard oasis. Would hire again in an instant.

Our back yard was overgrown and uneven. It wasn’t safe for our child to play in. David provided a detailed estimate of what it would cost to replace our aging fence, put up a retaining wall, and install artificial grass. We also decided to replace our deck. He was responsive and patient with our many design changes, and worked with us to meet our budget. He and his team transformed every square foot of our back yard into a clean, safe, low maintenance sanctuary that our dog and our son don’t want to leave. Hired David and team to replace our astroturf with lawn. He was transparent with bidding and recommended gopher wire and sprinkler installation as well. The latter required running a new water line and installing the panel inside the garage. The work was excellent and quick and it was clear David was an expert and even had a preferred provider for the exact sod that would work best in our SF microclimate. Super happy with the professionalism and attention to detail and would recommend to anyone.

This team was personable. Hard working and left a neat project. I had new sod installed and an additional vegetable project. Prices were fair and job was beautiful. They made good suggestions and returned to check on the project after completion. Highly recommended.

We recently worked with David and team to completely re-do our backyard. They did an amazing job and we could not be happier with the outcome!! David was super responsive/helpful, provided great advice and ultimately helped us design and create our dream backyard! The team was extremely professional, respectful and finished the project in a very timely manner. We also feel the work / product quality is top tier (they took a lot of time and care to ensure everything was done perfectly!). I cannot rave enough about David and Buzz Landscaping!!! I met with a lot of people to do a wheelchair ramp on my rental unit as there was so many ways to go about it (and I had a horrible experience with my first attempt at the job). David was extremely communicative, went over a variety of options and ideas, and really explained things thoroughly. I knew I wanted to hire him after talking to so many people and the end product was better than I expected. Great quality, great price, stress free process. I could not have asked for more and definitely will be going back to him for future landscaping and hardscaping projects!!!

He always texted an update ahead of any timing or delivery changes as well. The final product exceeded expectations and feels really premium. David and his team were the absolute best dream team for our landscaping project! David has the best energy and always remained super positive about any change we through his way or idea we randomly came up with. Im an interior designer and this was my own personal home project and it was awesome to see what great taste and ideas he has in terms of style of plants, handscaping, lighting, etc. David and his team completed this job at an awesome price, so fast and with excellent craftsmanship! I will be recommending David to all my clients and already have other jobs planned for him to help with on other areas of my house 🙂

David was very responsive, professional and helped me resolve my sprinkler issue very quickly. Plus he suggested some sprinkler timer updates to make our water usage lower and more efficient.

After so many “no shows” with other Thumbtack vendors, Buzz Landscaping was a delightful surprise ~ he showed up! David is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciated how David came by for an in person estimate. I found him to be honest and straight forward without being aggressive or salesman-like. Would definitely recommend.

David and his team were great. He came out to give me an estimate quickly for my front yard rehaul- removed some concrete to add tree basins and built custom planter boxes that drain below our concrete driveway. It looks great and he was so helpful and responsive during the process. From start to finish he got our project done in about a week! I would definitely recommend his team and I will be rehiring him for our future outdoor projects.

They really listened to our ideas and came up with a design that surpassed all of our expectations for what our backyard could look like. I am so thrilled with the work David and Chris did. My yard was an unwelcome space before they came. Now my only wish is for better weather to spend more time out there. So happy with the work I keep peeking out my window to look at it. Highly recommend David for all landscaping needs.

We initially hired David to fix a few items with our sprinklers. It quickly turned into trouble shooting the whole system, clearing poison oak and installing a new lawn. We could not have been more impressed with the work ethic, knowledge and they are a pleasure to have around the house. Would highly recommend them.

David came out and we discussed the work, and he was at the top of my list. I turned down other landscapers who expressed interest. Then he just ghosted me. Never heard from him again. There was really no reason for no follow up. I can understand if the job is too big or too small. Just an overall lack of professionalism.
